I am happy to say that I am all ready for the holidays. Took Emma and Liam out for a holiday breakfast, got both packages in the mail, cards are also mailed and most of all I am in the Christmas spirit.
Last weekend we had the big snow...this weekend rain...ugh!
Good news...I have officially "graduated" from cardiac rehab! Funny, they even gave me a certificate. Will continue with Yoga and the maintenance program.
