White Barn on Lamb Rd.

Copying from the Washtenaw County Barn tour web site: "This barn is an example of a late 19th century gabled barn. This cobbling together of several styles was a popular construction technique in the first part of the 20th century. The barn features a split field stone raised foundation".
I never could figure out what kind of farm this was...no animals in sight.
This is the property where we saw (and heard) Sandhill Cranes.
Jeff always asks the owners if we can come on the property to shoot...can we go in the barn etc. The man who owned the property said yes but was so busy power washing his house the whole time that he never paid attention to us. The barn and all the out buildings were in pristine condition.

A neighbor out on a Sunday afternoon, horse back ride. I loved this area.
