Thursday Morning Walk

I started off at Lower Huron Metropark, bright and early. Wildflowers are lovely (will post more photos of them once I can ID them all). I hit 3 areas of the park and then I headed to Willow.....

 Someone lives in that tree
A young Cedar Waxwing....there was a flock there at the iron bridge
 Look closely...see the little Nuthatch?
Again look closely at this lovely American Goldfinch (still suffering from lens envy)
At the fishing pier....turn around...there is the Red-headed Woodpecker right behind me!

Also near the pier, a Meadowhawk dragonfly
had a little lunch at Willow Metropark....no one there, very quiet ;-)
empty swings
Then on to Oakwoods to chase some butterflies but more of that later.
