The Meadow

Every summer I post photos of the meadow at Lake Erie Metropark because it is one of my favorite places in July and August. It is so beautiful, filled with Coreopsis, Gray Headed Cone flowers and many other wildflowers ( I do favor all the yellow ones ). The meadow also holds other wonders like butterflies, lots of bugs, birds and an occasional rabbit. The lotus pond blooms at about the same time so it is well worth stopping by.
