Celebrating All Hallows Eve
Halloween is celebrated on the eve of All Saints Day and since it occurs during fall harvest, pumkins and other autumn fruits are included images. It has progressed during history to include:
Creepy things and
ordinary people who become weird for the night
Vampires and
ghosts
and people rising from the dead for the celebration of All Hallows Eve
Too scary
Get out that candy to keep the ghosts and goblins and the trick or treaters away!

Webs
I thought that it would be fun to post all these web photos that I took at Kensington a few weeks ago. The conditions were just right to highlight every web in the woods....really cool......really Halloween!

Red Barn on Lima Center Road
We had a great barn shoot...went to two different locations but this barn on Lima Center Road in Washtenaw County is one that we had been to in the spring. The owner was so nice letting us roam wherever we wanted. Love that it is a working farm and there are cows!
Our photography group in front of the red barn
This is a large gambrel-roofed dairy barn with rounded east and west ends that would have allowed for horse teams to be turned around indoors. I did look in the back and there is a rounded end like this one.
"Good afternoon ladies...put your tongues away"
Everyone told me that this cow gives chocolate milk ;-). She is very photogenic isn't she?
Fall colors!

GTG Bike Safety Event
Here is my son, Mike, fitting kids with free bike helmets at a bike safety event. His cycle club ran the event at a Home Depot in Kansas. I don't know who took these pics or I would give them credit....love the shot through the bike wheel. Good job Good Time Gang!
