Thursday, I visited Greenfield Village. I was so disappointed to see that the beautiful gardens at the cottage was full of weeds. There were a few perennials blooming but the garden on a whole was a mess. This is my favorite place at the Village....I felt like crying. The patio where they used to serve tea was also weed covered. As I was leaving I saw a sign saying that the cottage was undergoing renovations.
