Detroit Christmas Tree Lighting 2012

 Went with my friend Susan and Deb Will to the Detroit Christmas Tree Lighting downtown at Campus Martius. It was packed. We couldn't get close enough to see the ice skaters or hear the program but it was fun none-the-less. The weather was perfect...no wind and not too cold. The tree was beautiful with lots of ohhs and ahhs when the lights went on.

Afterward we walked to Greektown to eat. It was filled with people. It was Friday night after all. Had the famous pizza at Nikki's and had great conversation about the "old days". The three of us worked together about 20+ years ago at Heritage Hospital. The conversation went something like "Do you remember...can't think of her name" (none of us could could but we all knew who it was)  Lot of laughs remembering the fun we had together.
