Cormorants dive underwater to fish. They become waterlogged and need to dry out their wings as you see here.

Taken today at Huntington Beach State Park....a Snowy Egret.  It's been 5 years since I've been on the causeway. Thank you Amy for the scooter rental. I really enjoyed the day and got some great photos!

Last of Tulip Posts...lol

I had a variety of tulips that I forced inside. The pot wasn't that attractive so I cut some and put them in a vase....really enjoying these yellow beauties.
