Delta DC3

Hanging in the main room at the Henry Ford is this pristine DC3. Can't imagine flying off in this. I remember getting to go into one of these and as I remember the plane was slanted down and you had to walk up at quite an angle to get to your seat. I'll have to check my memory banks but I think I did fly on a DC9.

The old Mill

The McLouth Steel Plant Trenton loams over Jefferson Ave. like an old bird of prey. It was built in 1948 but now stand vacant and abandoned. Some of it has been torn down and a small area looks like it has a business in it. The mill closed in 1996. I remember in the 70's a friend's husband worked there.
I would love to get inside with my camera and tripod and explore.

 Old railway bridge
