OK, you may think that I have gotten a bit carried away with wildflower pictures...especially yellow wildflowers but you have to see this meadow in person to appreciate it. In fact, it is more beautiful this year than ever! Coneflowers and coreopsis are the stars. I took hundreds of pictures and it is hard to pick just a few to post. I guess since these fields are in bloom for about a month a year, I want to show them off, remember them in February and brag about them to anybody that will listen.
This guy looks like he fell out of my knitting basket!
