Spent a few hours at the DIA with Barb and Mary Jo. We enjoyed seeing all the really ancient art from the Medieval period....mostly religious. There was a handwritten Bible that was 600 years old....amazing. The writing was so small and in Latin as well. Of course, I had to check out my knights in shining armour. Only half are on display, the rest still being restored. The only downside of our visit was the kids....the place was packed and I mean packed, with noisy kids. Went to our favorite restaurant in Mexicantown....yum!
