My June Garden

It's only the first week of June and already my garden is looking lovely....so are the weeds...lol. The Silver Lace vine is going crazy and taking over everything. I cut it way back in the fall and I think that spurred on more growth. The two Salvia have been there for years but last summer I started fertilizing them and they are making a comeback. And of course the ever reliable Hostas are beautiful.
This Proven Winners Supertunia is so unusual.....I've forgotten the name of it but it is really pretty....burgundy with a green edge.

Supertunia Bubblegum in the pot and the rose is a thornless climber called Zephirine Drouhin. It only blooms in the spring/early summer for me but it is worth it for the wonderful scent....smells delicious.
Trying a grape tomato this year....hopefully I will get some tomatoes ....last year was a bust.
My little herb bucket is doing well......Basil, Rosemary and Oregano.
This is a beautiful Proven Winner Daisy Peaches and Cream that I just planted......Coreopsis behind it and little Zinnia seedlings. Trying to keep the bunnies out.
This is a polka dot plant....it's other name is unpronounceable....lol. I needed some color in this mainly Hosta bed. I have a Hydrangea here and am curious to see how it will do after fertilizing it and cutting it back last summer after it bloomed.

All pink for my back porch this year....Geranium, Bubblegum and a variety of a daisy. In the big pot next to the steps are pink and cream Lantana.
