Crosswinds Marsh

Had a lovely early morning walk at Crosswinds Marsh this am. It was overcast but that kept it from being too hot, I think. I didn't have a very good camera day...forgot my strap for my SLR so I used my point and shoot and many photos were not clear. I saw a lot of birds, however....a pair of Flickers, a Yellow Warbler, and I think a Common Yellow Throat plus Song Sparrows. Was looking for a Swamp Wren that a friend saw (and got a picture of) out there but no luck. Just enjoyed a stroll and a sit, waiting for the birds to come to me. Loved spending time with the bees...they loved those wild roses!
