Cherry Island Trail at Lake Erie Metropark

I had to miss this month's Crack O' Dawn Coffee Club...really wish that I could have gone. This is my favorite part of the trail that we walk near the lotus ponds....past this, the trail opens up to a view of the lake (Erie). When I do this trail on my own, I always sit on the bench to watch the fish jump, listen to the bull frogs croak and also enjoy the lotus...probably in bloom now. Hope to get out there soon.
