It's Howdy Doody Time.....

This was a favorite  TV show of all kids in the 50s. It ran from 1947 until 1960. It starred Buffalo Bob and his sidekick Howdy. This is the original puppet used in the show. On Wikipedia there is a photo and it states that the original Howdy Doody is at the Detroit Institute of Arts
