We came across this turkey family when we were out at Kensington. They didn't seem to mind that we were following them at first but then started to run.......now I see why they call it a "turkey trot" or a turkey waddle would be a better name.
I guess these are all males as they have a beard growing from their chests. These are wild turkeys as opposed to the white turkeys that we eat at Thanksgiving....thank goodness or I would never eat turkey again.
