One day at Brookgreen, I rambled through the garden with no particular destination in mind and just shot pictures here and there. Later, I went to the zoo area and got a great photo of an infamous Cowbird. I do remember that the garden was very busy and I had a hard time keeping people out of my shots....finally I gave up and left. Alway wished that the garden opened at an earlier than 9:30. I love that in April they stay open until 8pm (height of the Azalea season). Very few people take advantage of this and the garden is lovely, peaceful and empty.
